I have been in Estate Agency consistently for the last 35 years and enjoyed every minute of it, even during the sometimes difficult markets that have ocurred over that period. The main reason for my job satisfaction is that I enjoy working with people, I am a "people person". I surprise many customers and clients when I tell them that "this job has very little to do with property, it is all about people". The property is the catalyst that helps me bring people together but unless you know your sellers and buyers and, in particular, their needs, aspirations, time scales and general motivation then you will be unable to do your job effectively which is match the right buyer to the right seller.

I always aspire to creating a very close and trusting relationship with my clients. The relationship is a partnership built on trust, driven by the correct advice supported by prompt and accurate communication, if the client trusts your advice and is prepared to act on it you are able to obtain optimum results for them.

Brian Finn & Co is located on Marlowes the main thoroughfare in Hemel Hempstead. It's major strength is the wealth of experience that both myself and my colleagues have in the local estate agency market. In total we have over sixty years combined experience available to all our valued clients and customers, no other agent in the town can offer such a depth of experience. The service levels and pride in our work are second to none and we endeavour to make the house moving process as least stressful as possible, on occasion we have been told, even enjoyable, now that's a result!
